Okay, so I post on some of the groups I belong to here, but I've finally started my own blog HERE: http://evillustrator.blogspot.com/ .
This is where all of my artistic updates, random musings, and particular obsessions will be updated and recorded. If you're looking for Ebay info, it is at the blog or here: http://members.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl l?ViewUserPage&userid=goldenquince .
Any other questions, go to the blog and ask!

OK, decided to do an ink drawing, inspired by Mucha of course. I really need to start experimenting though, and I think my next few pieces of art are going to be more whimsical or surreal.
What I really need to do is get out of this city. I'm so tired of DC and I've only been here for 2 years. It feels too sterile for my liking...it's very international and diverse, but pretty orthodox nonetheless. Everything is clean. Not that I like to wallow around in crap, but it's missing that gritty element that gives cities character. I like the image--the nice, classical silhouettes, not to mention the free museums, but I can't stand the summer tourist season and general lack of people not wearing suits, blazers, and Burberry print shit. Oh well....and maybe in another year I'll be able to quit my job and just illustrate the whole time. In the meantime, I really need to build a portfolio or at least finish up a project.

Ok, so I did a little collage of this mini-comic I've been working on for Anthony. It's almost finished, but I'm not sure if I want to post the whole thing or not. Anyway, here's a peak:
I'll probably post at Illustrators or amateur artists or something. I had to do a shitload of errands today so I didn't get much done in the way of art, but the day isn't over yet...and it's f-in snowing! It hardly ever snows here, so maybe I'll do something creative in honor of this momentous event. Not that momentous...but whatever.

I got a fire under my booty and decided to put up a few more works of art. I'm happy I sold my previous ACEOs for a total of $65, so that makes me happy. I've decided after this one I've just done, the 5.5" x 5.5" one that I'm posting, to do larger works and work with brushes and inks...I visited the Torpedo Factory yesterday and this Chinese artist really inspired me to do some different kind of things...I'll post tomorrow perhaps!
As for now, I have to take a shower and get my ass to bed so I can get up tomorrow at 5 freakin' 30. So here's the new stuff:
edit: i f-in hate photobucket...nudity is not necessarily naughty.

Using this jahn mainly to promote my art...thanks!
